Meet Hea Lee, a freshman at Portola High School in Irvine, whose journey into the world of classical guitar began at the age of 12 under the guidance of Kevin Kim, the former President of the Korean-American Guitar Association. 🎸🌟

2021

• Won 1 st place in the youth category at the Korea-American Guitar Association Member Christmas Competition

2022

• Joined the Six-tringphil Guitar Ensemble as the youngest member

• Participated in an invitation performance at the Korean Landscape Painting Exhibition as a member of the 6SPGE (Six-tringphil Guitar Ensemble)

• Performed as a solo guest performer in the 1st concert of SBGE (Seal Beach Guitar Ensemble)

• Performed solo at the OCGC (Orange County Guitar Circle) member showcase concert

2023

• 1st place in ASTA (American String Teachers Association) LA Region Classical Guitar Competition Youth Division - Qualified to participate in the 2024 ASTA State Competition

• Performed as a member of 6SPGE (Six-tringphil Guitar Ensemble) at OCGC member showcase concert

• Participated in the 6th regular performance as a member of 6SPGE (Six-tringphil Guitar Ensemble)
