Isabella (Bella) Cho is the co-founder and current president of Empowering Arts. She works as a concert manager for community performances, pitches grants to corporate and private foundation sponsors, prepares budgets, and reaches out to current and potential partners at senior care facilities and children’s learning centers. She also designed and maintains EA’s website and social media account. She is a junior at Pacific Academy. Bella plays the flute, enjoys singing, painting, and acting. As a flutist, she has been consistently selected to be part of the All-Southern California Honor band in 2020, 2021, and 2022 and California All-State Honor Ensembles in 2023, 2024, and 2025. She was cast for “The Lost Ones” and “Dearly Departed,” both OCSA's Acting Conservatory productions. Her industry experience includes being a lead actor in the Cyberbullying: My Story, Blooming & Boundless Productions and playing a lead role for Dommei Backpack Product Commercial. She is also a published author of the fiction book titled Whispers of the Tides, available through Amazon.
